CHURCHILL SAW IT COMING

"Individual Muslims may show splendid qualities, but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world." - Winston Churchill on Islam, 1899

Sir Winston Churchill was a brave young soldier, a brilliant journalist, an extraordinary politician and statesman, a great war leader and British Prime Minister, to whom the Western world must be forever in his debt. He was a prophet in his own time and was, without doubt, one of the greatest men of the late 19th and 20th centuries. He died on 24th January 1965, at the grand old age of 90 and, after a lifetime of service to his country, was accorded a State funeral.

"How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. The effects are apparent in many countries, improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live.

A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement, the next of its dignity and sanctity. The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property, either as a child, a wife, or a concubine, must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men.

Individual Muslims may show splendid qualities, but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world. Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith. It has already spread throughout Central Africa, raising fearless warriors at every step; and were it not that Christianity is sheltered in the strong arms of science, the science against which it had vainly struggled, the civilization of modern Europe might fall, as fell the civilization of ancient Rome..."

  1. Sean, I am currently reading Martin Gilbert's 'Road to Victory - Winston S. Churchill 1941-45'. It is extraordinary how prescient he is about not just the course of the war, but what would happen after it finished. No one should take his words lighly.

  2. I worked many years ago for a company that employed foreign students when the muslims arrived they used to ask me when is ramadam? I had no idea, but when they finally found out when it was they used to want their breakfast at midnight and used to stay up all night eating drinking and smoking as they were not allowed to do any of those things during sunrise to sunset, it was impossible to mix them with other students, one of them got a job as a cleaner he had his wife with him she was locked in her caravan and was not allowed to mix with anyone from any other country, I used to put a diagrams in the toilets to show them how to use them other wise they used to stand on the seats and perform as they were only used to holes in the ground, they always took a bottle of water to the toilet with them as they wiped their rear with their right hand and then through the toilet paper on the floor hence they didn't eat with their right hand, their is getting far to many in the UK and a stop should be put on them coming into the country.
