Thanks to Obama's sheer ingenuity, we threw out a system that only covered 85% of the people at rates driven by competitive market prices and replaced it with a lunky government bureaucracy that covers less than 5% of the people and everybody's rates are going to skyrocket . . .

. . . unless you're one of those who wanted to keep your plan but you can't now because Obama didn't lie we just didn't hear him right because we're stupid . . .
