    What a "hero"! Now that SCOTUS has pulled the rug from under the Stolen Value Act we will be inundated with "heros".

      I took this picture and forwarded it to Stormy as a gag, who ran with the joke. The plaque was awarded to the good orthodontist as a token of appreciation for the work he does for military family members, who make up a large part of our local community. This is NOT a case of stolen valor, nor was it ever presented as such. Dr. Bivens is a good man.

    From what I can find online, DR Bivens does lots of dental work for military families at discount rates or even free. this was a gift to him not him bragging.

    Interesting how you can remember lines from a movie or even more than one movie that you saw once, however the words burn into you memory for the rest of your life.
    Where you can not even remember where you set your keys down 30 seconds ago.
    I wonder why that works that way?
