FALKLANDS WAR +30

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Theo Spark of Last of the Few - a true British patriot, a great representative of everything that is good & great of Britain and the Commonwealth, and a true friend and supporter of America - Theo helped kickstart STORMBRINGER in the Blogosphere. Best wishes to our British & Commonwealth friends and allies during the 60th year of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II's reign. This is the thirtieth anniversary of the Falklands War; some time today take a moment to reflect on the 907 Argentine and British warriors who perished in this totally unnecessary and tragic conflict.- S.L.

An excellent gallery of the Falklands today HERE and from the BBC News the conflict in pictures.

It appears the Argentine leaders want to start another unneccesary war. I sadly doubt that the Brits have the military capability now to take on the Argentines so far from Britain. And, their leadership is no longer Maggie Thatcher steel willed.
