Are you using those blocks with the 1" lip on the back? How many courses are you going to lay? If it's more then 4 I would tilt the block slightly; front slightly higher then back. Those blocks have a habit of settling and "drooping" towards the face of the block. Back in '97 I laid a two course block wall around the south side of the homestead....right now they are tilted rather obviously....I really should restack them. Oh and use GLUE!!!!!!! Oh and get the carbide tipped blade for the skill saw to cut the blocks...its worth the money!
