FOR THE RECORD

I never said this; not now, not never:

I never was a Birther. My take on it is well documented here and here.

Like I have said then and I say it again now - it doesn't matter whether he was born in Hawaii, in Kenya or on the Moon; he was sworn in by the Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court and as such he is the President of the United States.

Unfortunately.

What matters is that Barack Hussein Obama is an America-hating ideologue; born of and raised by an atheist Marxist and bona fide weirdo, spawned by a Black African revolutionary who hated the Western Democracies that gave him everything he had in the way of a career and the good life, mentored by the Communist Frank Marshall Davis, and befriended and assisted in his political ambitions by the America-hating power couple Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dorhn.

Is he an American? The answer is yes- Barack Hussein Obama is some kind of American; certainly not the same kind of American I am. Is he a Communist? Well, in the South we say if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck . . .

  1. I don't understand this issue at all.

Many people travel overseas for work and have their kids born overseas. Why would that exclude them from holding their own citizenship?

Surely the POTUS is a "natural born" American because one of his parents was American? This is pretty standard practice for civilised nations (e.g. most of the G8).

What is far more worrying is the geographic definition of "natural born" which allows for people with no links to the culture of America to be accepted as Americans immediately just because they are born within the borders. That doesn't make any sense at all.

    1. The term "natural born citizen" comes from the Constitution and was clarified in 1875 by the Supreme Court (Minor v. Happersett). Interestingly, many references to that case have vanished since 2008. In short, you are a natural born citizen if you were born in the United States and both of your parents were US citizens at the time of your birth. My understanding is that neither Obama nor McCain were/are eligible by this definition so the argument is pretty much moot.

Things are what they are; the main focus should be on taking the Senate and the WH, and putting every one of the elected scumbags through a lot of anguish every time they step out of line.

    2. So you're saying if the Constitution is ignored it doesn't matter? What happens to the rules if the rule book is ignored? It obviously does matter. And McCain was born on U.S. military installation to 2 U.S. citizens.

  2. At the very least, fraud has been committed.

  3. According to Minor v. Happersett; "natural born citizen" is a person born within United States territory, of an American father. By this definition my brother - who was born in California - would still not qualify because our father was a British subject.

John McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone, which at that time was United States territory. His father was, of course, a United States citizen.

For Obama's situation, they obviously threw out the citizenship of the father as a requirement.

    1. Even on 0bama's website, he touts he is 'native-born' from a father who was a British citizen.
Just that disallows him to be POTUS independent of where he was born.
Native born is not the same as 'natural born' and there have been many Supreme Court cases to prove what natural born mean.
Google 'Justiagate' to see how a suppose legit site hid those cases and have been exposed.
Is there anything 0bama has not tainted?

  4. It's sad that those of us who swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution, find our Commander in Chief and those he surrounds himself with, to be the biggest violators of that (our) oath. Some obvious and currently known examples can be found here and I’ll just post the site since there are too many to otherwise list in detail:

    http://www.stoptheaclu.com/2009/06/10/how-unconstitutional-is-barack-obama-let-me-count-the-ways/

What is also sad and perhaps more concerning is the obvious amount of institutional neglect and outright subversion it took in allowing and enabling so little to be known about this man before, during, and after the election process in 08. Additionally, with what little we did know how could so many have voted for this otherwise unknown commodity with so much at stake? Of course the answer is the media and educational systems are completely subverted by those who would destroy the constitution.
Ultimately, I find the Birther issue to be an old issue that only serves to distract us from the current real issues. While it’s unconstitutional if he wasn’t born in Hawaii, it’s also too late to change the fact that this man is and has been President for over 3 years now, and don’t forget. He has, and is currently doing much more than we know yet to undermine this country on every front.
